Refund and Cancellation Policy

As we offer digital products and services, we generally do not provide refunds once access has been delivered or the service has been activated.

 

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases: 

  • Duplicate payment.

  • Service not delivered within the promised timeline.

  • Technical issues from our end that prevent access.

 

Cancellation:

Once a digital product or service is delivered, it cannot be canceled. For subscription-based services, cancellation requests should be raised before the next billing cycle.

 

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at contact.india@grapecity.com within 7 days of your transaction. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are expected to appear within 5-7 business days after we process your request. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
